Trading and rental conditions
DELIVERY TIME
Delivery times for our products may vary, but if the item is in stock, we strive to ship it 1-2 business days after we receive your order. Always check delivery time on the individual product's own page. We ship with GLS, which delivers your package to your nearest parcel center within 1-2 working days. There are over a thousand parcel centers all over Denmark. When your package is on its way, you will receive an email / SMS. You can always stay up to date on our delivery times on each individual product page.
Should you unexpectedly not receive your package, please contact us immediately so that we can track the package with the transport provider and remedy any errors.
DELIVERY IN AND OUTSIDE THE EU
We also send packages to other countries. Here we use the shipping method that can pay off best for each country. Delivery to other EU countries costs DKK 125. For countries outside the EU, the price is DKK 199.
RETURN
Should you regret your purchase, you have a 14-day full return right from the day you receive the item. Contact us by mail or via our contact form and inform us that you plan to return the item. The item must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it. Once we have approved the return and received the item, we will refund the purchase amount to your account as soon as possible, and no later than eight days after receipt.
You must bear the costs associated with returning the item. You are welcome to choose to send the item to a parcel shop. Remember to save your postal receipt as proof that the item has been sent back to us.

COLLECTED PACKAGES
If you do not pick up your package in the package shop within 10 days, it will be sent back to our warehouse. If you want it sent back, you will have to pay for another shipment yourself.
PAYMENT
We accept the following cards: VisaDankort, Visa and Mastercard. You can also pay with MobilePay.
COMPLAINT
All goods are covered by the rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act on the right of complaint. The right of complaint means that you as a customer can complain about errors and defects in the product, which have occurred within 24 months after the purchase and no later than two months after you have discovered the error. The right of complaint does not cover when faults, damage or wear and tear occur due to improper use, lack of maintenance or ordinary wear and tear. The right of complaint only follows the defective product and you can therefore not return or complain about products other than the defective one. When our products are sold as offers or with discounts, you can only get the money back for the part that the defective item constitutes and only in the event that we can not repair the product or obtain a replacement.
Especially about our electronic product cradle motor:):
If our cradle motor is used with other tension springs than the ones we sell, we do not cover a possible complaint or damage to the product.

PRIVACY POLICY
Dayie ApS understands and respects the importance of online privacy. We will never disclose any information about our customers to third parties unless necessary to implement a transaction. We will never sell customers' name, address, email address, credit card information or other personal data to third parties.

Subscription and rental conditions
Payment of subscription when renting a cradle motor
When you rent a cot from Dayie, you pay a deposit of DKK 1,100 and a shipping fee of DKK 48 immediately, after which you will receive an email with the rental agreement and a link, where you must then sign up for the subscription and pay for the first month. rent of DKK 239. You can pay a subscription with ApplePay or VisaDankort and Mastercard. When the payment is completed, we will send your cradle motor within 1-2 working days.
What comes with when I rent or buy an engine
- 1 Cradle motor
- 1 Multi-spring with S-hook
- 1 power supply
2. How do I get my deposit back when I rent an engine?
When the engine is returned in original packaging and received from Dayie, your deposit will be refunded.
3. How do I extend the rental period?
Your rental period is automatically extended after 30 days if you have not terminated your rental agreement.
4. Can I shorten my rental period?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to shorten an already booked and paid rental period.
5. What if the engine breaks down during my rental period?
Should the cradle motor unexpectedly break down during the rental period, you must send an email with a message to hello@dayie.dk.
6. Can I regret my purchase?
You can cancel your purchase within 14 days, but it is not possible to cancel a rental agreement.
7. How do I return the engine after the end of the rental period?
At the end of the rental period and no later than the following working day, the cradle motor is sent in the original packaging and by purchasing a return label on our website.The cradle motor is returned in working order unless otherwise stated.
Your deposit will be refunded within 5 working days when the cradle engine is in the hands of Dayie ApS.
8. Do I need to save the packaging for the engine when renting an engine?
Yes. When you return the engine, it must be packed in original packaging, as when you received it
9. Can the deposit be transferred to a new rental period?
If you wish to extend your rental period, we will transfer the deposit from the original rental agreement.
10. Can I lose some of my deposit on rental?
You may risk losing something to your deposit if:
- The engine is in default
- The engine is delivered late
- The lease is breached
- Engine parts are missing upon return
- The packaging is not included with the return
11. Is it possible to rent outside Denmark?
Yes. If you do not live in Denmark, but would like to rent an engine, please contact us at hello@dayie.dk
12. How to hang the engine is recommended?
It is recommended to hang the engine in one of the following ways:
- In a strong frame bracket
- Solid hook in the ceiling
- Rod between two frames remember bolts in the framese)
13. Should I supervise my baby when the engine is in use?
Yes. You should always be nearby when your baby is lying in the cradle and the engine is running. We do not recommend using it at night.
14. How long can my baby lie in the cradle while the engine is running?
Here we recommend that you consult with your health nurse.
